Who I am
Elie Sluismans is a consultant and developer specializing in applied AI, based in Brussels. He helps startups, solopreneurs and small teams go from idea to product: tech advice and strategy, web and mobile development, automation and AI integration.
Self-employed since 2024, company no. BE 1018.298.773, based in Brussels (Belgium). Available for new projects.

How a project works
- A first call, free and with no commitment. We talk about your needs, your constraints and your budget.
- A clear proposal. What I build is quoted at a fixed price, set before we start; consulting and ongoing support are billed by the day or the hour.
- A first version, fast. A usable version comes as fast as possible: very often within a few weeks, sometimes within a few days. It then evolves until launch, with regular progress updates.
- Support after launch. I stay on hand to evolve the product, once or over time.
Most projects run remotely, with regular video calls; I'm happy to travel within Belgium and neighboring countries. To take over an existing project, I start with an audit of the code and the infrastructure, then propose a plan to stabilize, improve or evolve it.

How I use AI
AI is at the heart of what I deliver: agents that run on their own on a server, assistants, and AI features built into websites and software.
I put it in place with guardrails: every AI cost is tracked, and agents work with a budget, written rules and checks by a second model. For teams, I first find where AI will save them time, then train everyone on the tools that fit their job.
On this site, the FAQ assistant and Alma, the agent on the AI agents page, answer with Claude, Anthropic's model; Anthropic doesn't use data received through its API to train its models. Details are on the Privacy page.

AI agents that run on their own on a server, each with a precise task: they act, keep watch, report back on Telegram and are checked by a second model, with a tracked budget and written safeguards.

Mobile apps for iPhone and Android in React Native, and native macOS apps in Swift and SwiftUI, like the ones I built for my own needs: integrated with the system, fast, dependency-free, and local when needed, AI included.
